Peter G. Dilworth

Peter G. Dilworth is experienced in all phases of chemical patent
prosecution, including interference practice and patent litigation
at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Dilworth focuses
his practice on pharmaceuticals and other small molecules, polymers
and their processing, consumer products, petroleum refinery unit
operations, catalysis, agrochemicals, surfactants, and mechanical
devices and systems. Mr. Dilworth has spoken on domestic and
international intellectual property topics.
