Leo G. Lenna has over 14 years experience in counseling clients in all aspects of patent law, including patent procurement, validity issues, non-infringement issues, and patent portfolio design for small to mid-size companies.  Mr. Lenna specializes in working with start-up and small companies in securing essential intellectual property rights, and developing and negotiating key agreements vital to the success of the company.

Mr. Lenna focuses his practice on patent procurement in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, organic and inorganic chemical matters, polymer technology, complex catalysts, and related fields.
