Kimberly T. Nguyen

Kim T. Nguyen focuses her practice on patent application prosecution and drafting (both foreign and domestic), with particular emphasis in the pharmaceutical, polymer and organosilicon chemical arts.  Ms. Nguyen's experience covers a range of technologies, such as liposomal formulations, anti-cancer compounds and formulations, adhesives, sealants, cosmetic compositions and coatings.

Prior to joining Dilworth & Barrese, LLP, Ms. Nguyen gained experience working in-house as a Patent Agent with a pharmaceutical corporation and as a United States Patent and Trademark Office Patent Examiner, examining art such as polymer and cellulosic laminates and sheets, paint compositions, biomedical and food packaging, labels and anti-reflection films.
